Senior Citizens and Disabled Citizens
The FDLAT Reduced Fare Program

If you're age 65 or older or a Disabled Citizen, you're eligible to ride for 60¢ all day on all regularly scheduled FDLAT Bus Routes. All you have to do is provide proof of age/disability and complete the registration form to get your FDLAT Reduced Fare Card. Then, just show your card to bus drivers when you pay your fare. Nothing could be easier!
Medicare Card is also recognized as a reduced fare card. There is no further need to prove eligibility if you have a Medicare Card.

REDUCED FARE CARD
There are two quick and easy ways to get your FDLAT Reduced Fare Card:
Register in Person
You may apply for your card at the FDL Senior Citizen Center at 151 E. 1st Street, City-County Government Center (Central Collection) 160 S. Macy Street during office hours Monday through Friday, or with any Bus Driver. Just bring the registration form and proof of age... Birth Certificate, Passport, or Driver's License. You'll receive your Reduced Fare Card immediately and be ready to go!

Register by Mail
You may apply for your card through the mail using the Reduced Fare Card Application Form. Call FDLAT information at 322-3650 (24 hrs) for assistance. Be sure to read and follow all instructions on the form carefuly and completely. When finished, mail your application to:
